My teaching philosophy is based on ‘no expectations’, the journey is more important than the arrival: often we face a teaching way in which importance is given just to the result, to the performance, this is going to create a kind of student/musician that could face stress, frustrations and disconnection with the other people around. I think instead, the role of the teacher is to help the student to reach an internal balance with music and life, music and body, based on the characteristics of each student, in order to perform music at its maximum power and possibilities, and help relationship the world around and with the others.
